Netball Kickstart is designed to teach a range of fundamental Netball skills. It's ideal for kura looking to strengthen their understanding of the game, while helping players develop their abilities. The emphasis is on skill development in a supportive enviorment, encouraging both growth and a love for Netball.

Prep & Play

Prep and Play offers players an opportunity to prepare for the upcoming Netball season. The programme incorperates a variety of NetballSmart components focusing on building essential movement patterns, improving fitness levels and developing key Netball skills.

NetballSmart

Heading to a tournament and looking for warm-up tips? The NetballSmart Dynamic warm up is Netball specific preparation for each game and training. It will prepare the player for the movement demands of the game, improve the movement skill of the player and help reduce injury risk.

No Limits Netball

No Limits is an adaptive game of Netball designed for participants with disabilites. The Kaupapa fosters an enviroment where everyone is encouraged to take part and have fun while enjoying the support of a friendly and inclusive community.
